How to install DirMon2 and ShowAnalyzer for Beyond TV 4.5
First go to the Dragon Global website and download ShowAnalyzer and DirMon2.
ShowAnalyzer cost $10 and it is much more accurate scanning for commericals than Beyond TV
. DirMon2 is a program that will run ShowAnalyzer
on new files in the Beyond TV folder and mark them for commerical skipping.
Next installing and configuring ShowAnalyzer
Click Next, accept the agreement, Next, Next, Next, Install and Finish.
Configuring ShowAnalyzer
Under Commerical Detection Output
change the BeyondTV When to create to When done processing
(BeyondTV needed to make the mpg.chapters.xml files used by BeyondTV)
and change the GB-PVR or SageTV When to create to When done processing
(SageTV needed to make the txt files used later.)
Under Throttle change enable throttling to Yes and
under Maximum CPU Usage change to 80
Under the Default Settings change them all to make
them the same as the picture above and click file and save.
